I had a number of questions to ask before making a $1,000 purchase over the internet (as I'm sure many people would). I called up Savvy Home and was treated as a priority. The customer service rep took the time to answer my questions. He was patient and well-informed, a refreshing surprise in a world of automated messaging services and out-sourced call centers. After speaking with the young man, I felt much more comfortable giving them my money. The couch itself is great. It's a fairly simple design, nothing out of the ordinary, but very tasteful just like me! No complaints here, just one happy old lady!
