Put the Flipper in one of our rental properties in order to squeeze in another bed. Very satisfied with the sofa, no complaints as far as the sleeper is concerned. It's a pretty straightforward design and it gets the job done. The guys/ladies at Savvy Home were easy to deal with and I recommend their service over any of the big guys.
