I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the chair. I expected it to be nice, but it's definitely a serious upgrade in comparison to any of the other chairs in my house. The Halifax inspired me to step up my game and start the slow and expensive process of refurnishing my home.

Took me awhile to decide on a chair, but finally went with the Halifax. It's a simple straight forward design, which goes nicely in my home. I'm not a flashy person, so this piece has just enough flair for me.

What is the weight of the Halifax chair versus sofa? I like the idea of sectional and sofa to seat 8 or 9, but probably much harder to reorient sofa than chairs - chairs however much more expensive at $789 per seat, versus $300 per seat for sofa.
